Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase or within 30 days of receiving the item, whichever comes first.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. All original packaging, accessories, and accompanying materials must be included and returned together. Items that are incomplete or not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

Minor growth marks, natural textures, or slight imperfections are normal and do not qualify as defects.These natural characteristics are not considered valid reasons for return.
