All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States&Canada:7–15 business days

  • Australia: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5-15 business days

  • Europe: 5–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, or local postal services.


3. Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated at checkout.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


6. Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:
